I know I'm never around here anymore, but I wanted to let you know that on my original venture to raise $5,000 for Susan G Komen in 7.5 weeks, I ended up raising $12,000 due to the AMAZING support and generosity of so, so many wonderful people. So thank you!

I hit $5k by 4 weeks, $10k by 6 weeks, and $12k by just under 8 weeks!! My cousin pledged to shave her head if I raised $10,000 by Thanksgiving, (7.5 weeks), so she's now buzzed too! My boyfriend (Joe, for those of you who might remember him!) surprised my mom, sister and I by shaving his head all the way to the skin the Thursday night before my Saturday head-shaving event. It was one of the best surprises of my life.

This has been THE best experience of my life. I'm so grateful for all the goodness I've been able to see in hundreds of other people through this. Again, thank you!
